I am wanting to get a new set of wheels for my S2000...Has anyone seen someone put a pair of smaller wheels on the front and a bigger pair on the back? Like 18in on the front and 19in on the rear? I am trying to decide to go with either 18in or 19in or maybe try different sizes in the front than in the rear.
Some member's has put NSX wheels on their S2K's, I believe, 17" front and 18" rear.
I think it's looks kinda funny. Just in the difference in tire sidewall height.
FWIW, I put 24.3-inch 17's in the front and 25.1-inch 18's in the rear. Sort of gives the car a "hunkered down" look. That is pretty much pushing the limits of the ABS sensors though, a .8 inch difference. I had to go staggered like that because of my low offsets.
As long as you keep the diameter of the tire the same you will be good. The car can't tell the difference in the wheel size.
Let me know if I can help.
Thank you
