Default wheel spacers

i have ap2 v1s on my MY01. i have 255/40/17s on the rear and i dont have my fenders rolled. i plan on doing a wheel spacer of about 15mm and i see ebay has a set that bolt to the stock hubs and then the wheel bolts to that. im just wondering if these are okay or not. will the bolts break because they are a no name brand? also will this decrease my handling. i also want to do front ones as well but i know the fronts should have new extended studs and the 15mm spacer itself.

Couldn't you just use spacer plates, that way the stock hub is used and you still get the spacing you're looking for.

You can't use stock stubs without pressing new extended studs through.
