Default Wheel stagger

Im trying to pick out the rims I want but I got this question.I have a 00 S2000,I was looking for the confirmed answer on the most wheel stagger that will fit without modifcation to the fenders,I want to put 18s and no bigger.

This sounds more like an offset question than a stagger question. 8" front, 9" rear is very common. If you don't want to roll the fenders, look for offsets around +55 or higher. The wheel fitment sticky on the top of the forum is a good guide. You can see what offset will work without rolling the fenders for a variety of wheel/tire widths.

What do you want to do with the car? What tire setup are you looking to use? What modifications do you have now suspension/weight wise? What are you planning on with your suspension

The offsets you can run depend on ride height and tire width. Any more details you can give us as to what you're looking for.

You can go really wide on the wheels as long as the offset is high enough. Then it depends on the width of the tire and your alignment specs as to what will fit. Just try to go to mid 50's to mic 60's on the offset.

rim size 18X8 with +40 offset
wheel size 225/40/18, this is what I may go with,should it work?

front 18x7 +40 offset 215/40/18
rear 18x8 +40 offset 265/35/18
