Default Wheel suggestions

So I want to get something clean looking for MY06 BB. I just ordered a Mugen style hardtop and am dropped on espilers, I just want wheels that will look a little more flush and clean without requiring much fender work. I was thinking either rpf1s 17X8,17X9 +45 on both which is available multiple places, or even looking at Rota DPTs in 17X9 +42 all the way around. Any other suggestions on wheels that are clean and relatively inexpensive? (<1k) Another option would be spacers, but I'm not sure that would look as good or be worth it.

Your ideas are appreciated!

If you're looking to maintain a stock look, spacers would be great. At a <1K budget, there's not a lot of choices. You could maybe get a set of CR wheels with spacers to keep a stock appearance...or keep your eye out for a set of something in the Classifieds.

Here's a pic of an '06 (not mine) on stock wheels with 15mm spacers and about a 1" drop.

I say you should get some DPT's, from all the ones I have seen they look great and arent to expensive at all. I would love to have RPF1's but it seems like everyone either has, or has had them at one point and time, and it's nice to be a little different. I've considered buying some DPT's also but just havent had the extra cash. I still may do that whenever I have extra funds.
