Wheel bore is too small to fit over the front hub, you will have to get them machined.

I think the offset on those are +38, so you may need some camber or a fender roll or even both... plus the tires will be a bit on the tall side. Not terrible, but your speedo will be off a few MPH.

nate7 is correct as well. The wheels are not going to be hub centric. The offset is fairly low as well. Then you won't be able to run staggered tires either.

well i ended up picking up the evo9 wheels and tires they are Enkei RPF1 17x9. i did a test fit and they mounted up beautifully!!! the bad news....the tires were 255 40 17 racing slicks so i cant use them for DD. anyways as i said before the oem tire is 235 45 17.....my question is can i fit 225 45 17 tires instead to the 235??

In a 235 width, you would want a 40 aspect ratio. 235/45-17 is a bit tall, more likely to rub. 225/45-17 is a bit narrow for a 9" wheel, and might not be any less likely to rub than a 235/40-17.

I'd probably try 235/40-17 fronts and 255/40-17 rears, but you still might want to run a fair amount of negative camber and might have to roll the fenders.

AP1ChowFunon yes they are RPF1 that are evo 9 specs. they put this black plastic ring on 2 of the wheel bores dunno if they went on the front or the back on the evo but these fit on the the back on the s2k the other 2 dont have this black ring so these fit in the front.

ZDan, i appreciate the tire info!!! dont think ima stagger tho....think ima do 235 all the way around.

Only benefit to running 235 all around is that you can rotate front/back, but then you'd have to swap the centering rings as well.
