I wouldn't say it's better than what you have no. You're running the 8/9 +45 with a 225/255 set up currently. Moving to 8's all around doesn't seem like an improvement from a performance standpoint.

Don't do 17x8 all around. There is the lesser performance but it also just looks wrong. Way to narrow just like the oem ap1 wheels. Sports cars look better with a wide rear tire. They perform better also

I run a 17x8 +40 offset rp03 with 255s all the way around. Feels way better then my ap2v1s.

I love the RG-Ds. Too bad like, all of those SoS sets were staggered when really 17x9" squared would be the way to go.
i believe adrs2k is running a square setup on his RSII. 17x9 +63.

Interesting.

Another issue is color. I definitely want a chrome wheel. Only color thats going to look good with the Suzuka.

Another limiting factor. May have to sell these and get CR Kiwami 17x8/9 in Work Metal Buff.

You might like these: https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/721...loss-black-mbg

Work XD-9 gets you a nice deep lip but they discontinued the 9.5" +44 which was a perfect size for the rear. I think you would have to run +38, also available in Work metal buff.

It's your car but I disagree that only chrome looks good on Suzuka. Maybe consider the Regamaster also, I realize white wheels aren't for everyone, but they really set off Suzuka well: https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/851...te-photoshoot/

EH. Not a fan of white wheels, I'd have to have a white car to even consider it. On another note, I absolutely hate Regas. Maybe too many random 80's Sears, or American Racing wheels have that same design. They look cheap to anyone who doesnt know what they are.

One thing I see is that I NEED to remove the windshield tape.

I don't think you could ever go wrong with a black wheel. It looks good on everything, and just about every style comes in black.

concave AND functional

17x10 +45 front and rear
OEM fenders

OR you can do a more functional setup up front to clear a BBK
17x10 +44 front
17x10 +45 rear

(note: downforce front fenders on this silver one)
