I did a search on this, but didn't turn up alot...i found that H&R makes some nice hubcentric spacers...but where can I get them from? Also, are there any other brands that make hubcentric spacers?

i've checked the sponsors...haven't seen anyone that carries the H&R ones yet. Seems the ichiba spacers are hubcentric for the rear wheels only...

If you go 10mm or bigger, you will need to swap the oem studs with the longer studs that come with the kit. I just did it less than a month ago and it is a pita replacing the wheel bearings.

I've got 5mm spacers in the back. I would not go any bigger than 5mm without replacing the studs with longer ones.
