Default Where to get hubcentric rings

I got my RPF1's from TireRack a while back but one of the rings were damaged by the tire shop that mounted the tires i had (don't ask...). I wanna get another set for the rims (17x8 +45 and 17x9 +45). Didn't see anywhere to buy them on the tirerack site. Can someone help me out on where to buy them and what size ID/OD I need?

Thanks in advance

Tirerack has great customer service, they will probably send you one free of charge. OD is probably 73mm and ID will depend on front or rear fitment, either 70mm or 64mm.
