just bought an '08 CR. i plan to mount some A6s on the stock rims for autocross, and was looking to pick up some nice aftermarket rims for my daily use.

i can't find a freaking thing.

with the exception of the TRM F3s and some ridiculously expensive Volks, there's nothing i've found that even comes close to meeting the OEM offsets of the Honda rims. i've done tire rack, discount tire, and a bunch of other sites.

what are you folks putting on your S2Ks?

oem honda spec offsets are extremely high,...you have a lot of room to adjust without having to do fender mods.
just surf the gallery and you will see the wide range people are using.

 

OEM offsets are for weenies

 

For autox, I was planning on hunting down a set of AP2 v1 or v2 rims for the rear, and running Kosei's for the front. The kosei's will be lighter than oem front rims. I actually really like the CR rims, so that's what I'm going to use for daily use.

I understand though that if you're going to buy aftermarket rims, you want to find nice ones. But our offsets are so weird and rims are so expensive, I decided I'd rather spend my money on tires.
