rpf1 17x9+45

with 265/40/17 rear and front

or 255/40/17 front???

is this possible?

255 is possible. Do that. The 265 is overkill for the 9 inch wide wheel.

265 is maybe over doing it right??

thats why i decided to ask first before i made the move becuase i seen one s with the same offset and same wheel with 265 and it looks ok but i mean idk its not a perfect pic to actually tell or in person?


i feel like going 255 all around

i have 255/40/17 R
then 245/40/17 F

I wouldn't have any qualms at all about 265/40-17 on 9", but you're likely to have more tire options in 255/40-17 size.

You will have more choices and I think it could be an issue on the front.

The 265/40R17 is taller than the 255/40R17 so I would stay with the 255. If I can help with the tires let me know.

i think ima do 255/40/17 all around what do you guys think about the dunlop star spec z1 or z2 for the raining season should they work fine or would i be sliding off the road??
