Who makes these wheels (pic)

Saw this pic of an S2K on another site. Someone from Montreal,,,Sev???
Anyhow, does anyone know who makes this rim and the offsets? Fronts fit pretty nice, but the back seems kind of tucked.

Indeed nice wheels and fitment. Wonder if it's staggered though?

Looks like the wheels tuck under the fenderwells pretty good. Anyone know what these are? Looks like the same black S with the black NSX wheels...
