why can't front and rear tires be same size?
I couldn't figure out what exactly to do a search for, so I figured I'd ask my question here anyway. Will it make the speedometer off a little, or what would be the bad side of this? All I know is that my rear tires wear out every 10,000 miles like clockwork, but the fronts don't wear much at all. If I could just rotate them, it'd save a ton of money.
So what exactly would it hurt to have all 4 tires the same size?
I'm sure this is probably a dumb question, but I really don't know much at all about tires and their sizes.
Thanks,
Dave

you can have the same size tires on all 4 wheels if you want. it might change the handling characteristics of the car, but if you don't drive extrememly aggressive you probably wouldn't notice a difference. only thing is the s2000 rims are wider in the rears than the fronts, may look weird w/ the wider rims in the front than the rears.
