Default Widening Work Meisters

I was going to sell my Meisters in order to pickup a new set of wheels with a more aggressive offset so I can utilize my ASM overfenders. I think I'm just going to refinish the faces and hardware now though. My plan is to use the current rears on the front, and relip and/or rebarrel the current fronts for the new rears. Problem running into is I don't know exactly how much the offset is going to change or where to order to lips at.

The current specs are:

Fronts - 18x8 +42 (2 inch lip)
Rears - 18x9.5 +36 (3 inch lip)

And what I'm aiming for is:
Front - 18x9.5 +36 (3 inch lip)
Rears - 18x10.5 +27ish (3 inch lip)

Current setup.

From what I've gathered from forums, for every inch of outer lip you add, it lowers the offset by roughly 13mm's (+/- a mm)

Current Specs:
Fronts - 18x8 +42 (2 inch lip)
Rears - 18x9.5 +36 (3 inch lip)

New Specs if swapped rears to front and relipped fronts
18x9.5 +36 (Current Rears)
18x10 +16 (or 10.5 +10)

New specs if relipped front and rears
18x9.5 +23
18x10.5 +23

As for what lip sizes to purchase, that I haven't really figured out yet since I don't know how to measure stock lips.
