Widest tire size for ap2 wheels?

This may have been asked before. Jim or anyone that knows. What is the widest tire size that can be intalled on ap2 wheels.

I'm trying to go 225 fronts and 275 rears. Is this possible?

275 is too wide for the 8.5" rear wheels. Performance degrades. Use 225/255.

You can safely fit a 245/40/17 on a 7.5" wide wheel and up to a 265/40/17 on an 8.5" wheel. I cannot say whether or not they will fit under the car though. Most big-name tire stores (Discount etc.) will allow you to test fit tirs on your car before paying for them.
