Default Widest Tires

Hey guys,

I'm trying to see what kind of rims and size/offsets would yield the widest tires on our cars without rubbing issues. im mainly looking for 275s in the rear and 245 or 255s in the front.

Minor fender modifications are ok as long as its just rolling the fenders, not flaring or pulling and etc

Let me know what kind of rims you guys have and their size/offsets

Thanks

I have 275's on my 17x9 +55 ssr comps. My fenders are rolled very tight, any once the bumper tab was relocated and trimmed, I had no rubbing, even lowered on skunk2 springs. Oh... and they are a 275/40, which is not only too wide, but too tall.

The only reason I ran that width was because they were on the wheels when I bought them. I will be replacing them with 255/40's when I finish wearing these out.
