You will want to have it done professionally (or by someone who has done it a few times). A fender roll with the bumper tabs relocated will usually cost around $250.

Man I don't charge enough.

If you aren't lowered you could probably get away without the roll but it would be better to do it before the wheels. There is always the chance that something happens and messes up a fender. Post in your local subforum and ask where people go for fender rolls. If you haven't done it I wouldn't recommend trying it without some guidance. Plus a fender roller is not cheap so unless you want to be the fender rolling guy buying one doesn't make much sense.
