Default Will i rub with these?

Wheels: Work VS-XX

Front 17x8 +47 225/45/17
Rear 17x9 +47 245/40/17

Not planning to roll anything on my car and it will be lowered by around 1.5 inches.

Thanks.

The rear will rub on the bumper tab. The front will fit fine.

Thanks for the response. But what do you mean by rear bumper tab? Will it clear the 1/4 panels? And will it clear if the car is not lowered?

Thanks

In the upper rear of the rear fender lip area, there's a tab/bracket of metal that sticks out a little further than the lip.

It's where the rear bumper fastens to the rear quarter panels. People either shave this back a little, or cut it back, and retap the hole (pretty much removing it as a rub point, but retaining it to keep the bumper connected).

I'm currently hitting the rear fenders or possibly just the bumper tab on 90%+ compression running a 255/35 on a 18x9 +55 (lowered on ASD Espelir springs, so ~1.5-1.7" drop). I'm also running the UK spec alignment of -2 camber in the rear.
