guys i wanna buy these wheels. and like i tried to read the wheel and size topic but all this offset and bolt pattern really gets me confused =/ =[ =(. the guy whose selling them has a 06 s2k and i have a 02 s2k. will these fit properly with no rub or affect my handling or anything? man s2k owners always told me knowledge of wheels and fitment was crucial

 

They will fit fine and won't rub. That is a very safe and conservative fitment, especially with that tire size. Personally, I don't like the look of the 8" +45 on the rear and it limits you to a ~245 max width tire.

 

yeah i would want a 9 inthe back but hey this deal is pretty goooodddd

 

All of the value is in the tires since you can buy new wheels for that price. As long as you can put those R-compounds to good use, then go for it.

 

so you think most of the price is in those tires? should i only try to buy the wheels alone?

 

those tires are pretty pricey so chances are a good chunk of the cost is reflected by the tires. if you just want the wheels only, ask him, doesn't hurt to ask. My bet is that he won't sell them separate unless he has a buyer for the tires, but ASK

those wheel sizes are pretty conservative and will fit no problems at all.
