Will they, Can they work?

What would I do to make these work on my 2005?

Yes they would fit, but they are too narrow for the rear. Look for 8.5 or wider for the rear.

You would need to make sure on the center bore of the wheels. The S2K is different front and rear and the cars they list are not.
