Thumbs up Will they rub/fit?

Hey wondering if this size tire will fit the wheel and will it rub. I have Volk GT-N wheels in 17x8 +44 offset.
Right now I have a 245/40/17 tire but need new tires so just wondering. I had rubbed a little bit but only with huge dips in the road.
I have the UK alignment which I think is -2 camber in the rear.
I have 215's in the front.
Let me know what you think.

The 44mm offset can be difficult but with the negative camber and the 245/40R17 you should be OK.
If I can help let me know.

Ok yeah I have that size rears on now.
Do you have a Loy of the hankook r-2 or whatever they are called left?
Saw them on closeout and thinking of getting 2 of them shortly.
Think I might try to make it to fl on my balding rear tires.
How bad is it to drive 1100 miles on rears with not much tread left assuming there is no rain? They are just above or equal to the wear markers. Is there a chance in them blowing out on the road?
They are re050's.
