Default Winter setup

I'd rather not run my AP2v2s in the snow so I'd like to pick up a set of banged up AP1 wheels for cheap and wrap them in Blizzak WS60s (OEM sizes). I've already done a search and know that AP1 wheels will work on an AP2, but I couldn't find answers to all my questions.

- Is the overall diameter for the OEM AP1 wheel+tire the same as the AP2 so my speedo won't be confused and differential won't be damaged?
- Any issues with the ABS system?
- Problems with VSA (I have an 06)?

Any help appreciated! Also, if anyone has suggestions on a dedicated snow tire, feel free. I've always heard that Blizzaks were the snow kings but will be happy to read up on another tire if you feel otherwise.

The AP1 set up will work the best on the car. If I can help let me know.
We are having a rebate right now on the winter tires.
If I can help let me know.
