Keep the tire width down to 225 maximum and be careful about lowering your car and you should be fine. My rears are 225/40/18 on a 18x7.5 with a 42 offset. No rubbing at all though the car is not lowered. The tire edge extends about .9 inches which isn't too bad but if you go wider with the tire, it'll look funkified.
So, the answer is yes it will fit but admitedly not the best choice.
