Smile Work Centercaps falling off?

So I bought a brand new set of centercaps for 18" VS-XXs.
I put them on and about a week later one fell off, the front passenger. After that happened, I pushed on them hard to make sure the others were firmly in the wheel. Today, I notice another one missing!
Am I doing something wrong? There goes $60 down the drain.

I assume you're putting the ring in as well, right? The only reason I ask is my brother did that once, bought center caps and just pushed them in. He had no idea about the ring installed on the back. If you are, maybe check and see how the other rings are lining up?

yeah i agree its got to be the rings. i had one fall of my VS's and after talking to Logan at Work, we discovered that the previous owner put the rings on the outside of the snaps instead of the inside (the ring should be expanding the snaps as opposed to contracting them). Also, im sure this isnt the case for you since you got yours new, but there are two different sizes of center caps, one has the snaps on the edge of the cap and one has the snaps set in a little more, make sure you get the right ones!

Hmm, I didn't even see a ring. I just opened it and put em on the wheel. I guess I'll have to take the wheels and caps off to see exactly what is going on.

I bought them brand new, and here's a pic of the two remaining ones. The ring is on the inside.
Interestingly enough one fell off from the front wheels, and one from the rear. When I went to remove the two remaining ones, the rears came off using just my fingernail, and the fronts required a bit more effort.

I saw on the website that the centercaps were supposed to fit all 18" VS-XXs.

Wheel specs: VS-XX 18x8+33 19x9+38
