I'm sure you can do a 245 with rolled fenders and a little more camber than stock. You should still roll your fenders even with 235s
Concave Work CR Kai begins at +38mm for 18 inch wheels.
I had that setup previously and it rubs all over. Not in a straight line, but any bumps or cornering and you'll smell rubber in the air.
This is including a setup of max drop, tucked fenders, -3.1 degree camber, and a 245 tire. Even then the wheel sticks out of the frame about a .25 inch. Here's a quick-pic.
Fronts were 18x7.5 +48mm with -1 deg camber and 225 tire. It was perfect.
