Work Emotion CR Kai Offsets
I have my heart setting on getting Work EMotion CR Kai rims. I plan on running them on 225/45/17s in the front and 255/40/17s in the back. I'm on stock ride height with no fender roll. It appears that the 17x9 rims only come in a 38 offset and anything higher has been discontinued. Is this going to be too aggressive? Is anyone running this setup?
I did a search but could not find what I was looking for.
Thanks in advance

I have cr kais with the same setup, just lower offsets. I have asm front fenders and rear overfenders with the quarters cut. In order for you to run a 17x9 +38 in the back with a 255, you will need a roll and some negative camber. I can tell you that much for sure. I am 17x9 +22 in the back with 255's.
Since the 44 offsets aren't available anymore in the 9" rim I've decided to stick to 17x8 in the back and run 245 tires in the back and 215s in the front. Would you recommend a 7 or 8" rim for the fronts? I'm guessing I should go with 47 offsets all around? Thanks for your help.
I've finally decided to run 17x8+47s all around. I'm going to be running a 245 tire on the back but I'm not sure on whether I should run a 225 or 215 tire on the front. I'm still undecided whether I want to track the car. If I do i won't be pushing it very hard. I used to track my 2009 SI but I quickly realized how much different a RWD car is compared to FWD so I have a lot of learning to do on the track.
I've asked a few of my good car buddies (non-s2k owners) and the differences of opinions are a little overwhelming. Any advice would be really appreciated. I'm just worried that a 215 may be too stretched on an 8" rim and might not be safe on a track/aggressive driving. Some people are telling me 225s in the front will create too much overseer while some of my auto-x buddies who are running non-staggered are telling me to go with the 225 since 215s will be "holding me back" so to speak.
