Work Termist S1C

Once you receive them, I'd highly suggest getting tires mounted and wheels mounted at another shop. I, and numerous others, have had bad experiences with their poor work and lack of taking responsibility for incurred damages during mounting.
Do you have a recommendation where I should get my tires mounted/installed? Appreciate the heads up.

JSR, it's interesting you mention that. I was just there today to get my springs installed and I was rather disappointed with how messy they were - got grease all over my trunk lining. I only went there because few of my friends told me they can get hard to find wheels at a decent price.....but guess what? They called me few days ago to tell me Work no longer makes the Termist S1C and asked me to order something else. I tried to just get my money back but the guy was persistent in asking me to pick something else.

also, the wheel supply in walnut 91789 is very very careful when mounting tires and wheels. they will also price match anywhere.

SP engineering can get you work s1's for a good price. you should go with the same offset and size u were going to get with the termists.

I wish I knew about SP Engineering. I already ordered the Work XSA-01T in burning black with +54 offset in F and +65 in R.
Here's a pic on a Supra

devilock: my friends used to use WheelOptions/DTC as a supplier for wheels, so we've had a lot of experience with them. They take virtually no care in any of their labor and yes, they will always try to make the sale (customer service is not #1 there). I understand why you went w/ the Termist S1C...it looks so much like the S1 3pc, but for a significantly lower price. DTC goes through AKH (Toda USA and one of US's Work distributors), 5zigen USA, and Mackin for their wheels. Between those 3 importers, they carry all the major japanese brand names, so yeah, DTC can get most JDM wheels. Their prices range...the best thing is sometimes you can get away w/o paying tax. The owner is only really nice to ppl who purchase a lot and return often. When my friends purchased a lot from him, he was really nice to them. When they started to buy less, his friendliness all but went away.
As kush mentioned, The Wheel Supply is a good place. The mechanic/installer there (forgot his name) is a really good guy and takes a lot of care on your parts and car. Sander (owner), you can tell is a bit more concerned on getting cars out, getting the job done, etc...then again, he's the owner, so he probably wants the max thru-put as possible. Sander sometimes does the work. Not that he does bad work, but the mechanic takes more care.
