worn rears and track day
my rear tires are almost at wear bars, and scheduled for a track day in two weeks, i had hoped to run the worn tires, then replace with new S02's sitting in my garage. my thought were that on a dry track, depth of sipes wouldn't matter, and why waste a new tire.
i'd appreciate any knowledgeable replies.
thanks

Don't do it. The stickiest rubber has worn off before the wear bars. You will have limited traction.
