Default would either of these offsets fit?

front wheels and tires- 18''x 8.5'' with a 39 offset, tires are 245/35/19
rear wheels and tires- 18''x 10'' with a 43 offset, tires are 295/30/19

Unfortunatly, not without some major modifications, like maybe a widebody kit (I'm guessing)

Maybe with a really wide body kit.

I'm more concerned with how you're going to mount the 19" tires on the 18" wheels.

On a more serious note:

The OEM wheels have offsets of +55 front and +65 rear. You'll be better served by wheels that are reasonably close to these offsets unless you're willing to make changes to the alignment, roll your fenders, etc.
