which one is the best one for my motoring needs?

ps. are there any other tires out there w/ a 100 treadwear(UTQG) or less?

I would take a look at the Michelin Pilot Sport Cup as well. They are a little higher price but they will wear better and be a quieter riding tire. We have also found the Pilot Cup to be a little quicker handling tire.
