Default 16" tires

hey guys, just wanted some opinions and advice on a tire decision. im looking at getting new tires for my ap1 wheels or getting other 16's a little wider. i was looking at either toyo t1r in sizes 225/50/16 front 245/45/16 rear or dunlop direzza star specs in sizes 205/55/16 front 225/50/16 rear. my car is soon to be turbocharged making 400whp and i want to be able to put the power to the ground without losing too much traction. so basically what would offer more grip and traction, the toyo's or dunlop's? any help is greatly appreciated, thanks.

+1 on the Star Specs. The toyo T1R's disappointed me. Never again will I get those.

Star Specs for sure.

Squishy sidewalls on the T1Rs are FTL

cool thanks for the input so far. i had t1r's but in 18's and stretched so didnt really experience their true capabilities. they outperformed my riken raptors on ap1 wheels by a longshot though.

Ditto on Star Specs, had the T1Rs and they're pretty good but the Dunlops feel like gum balls compared to them.
