i have a ap1 year 2000. i have 18 in ssr wheels. koni adjustable sport shocks with h&r springs which have lowered the car. i run goodyear eagle f1 gs-d3 tires. i have 225/40/18 in front and had 245/40/18 in rear. my front wheel has an offset of +48 and is an 18x8. my rear wheel has an offset of +55 and is an 18x9. the front is fine. no rubbing, looks great. the rear with the 245 never rubbed, ever. when i wore the rears out i went up one size to 255. there is a slight rub when i bottom out the suspension which is almost never. other than that the 255 is as wide as i can go with 18x9 with +55 offset. fronts no problem, but i feel certain that a 235 in front would rub, unless i bought another set of front wheels with a larger offset. i have tracked the car twice and i can definatley use more rubber in the rear and will be buying same wheels i have now but with a larger offset for the rear so i can get 275's on the rear. i will keep the 225's in front. i highly reccomend the koni adjustable sport shocks with the h&r springs. this is a great low-cost, efficient and effective way to drop your s2k and improve the handling dramatically. leee
