Sizing questions
Hi all, I have a couple of questions.
1. Which sizes are best for 18" wheels? It seems like a lot of people go with 18x8 front/18x9 rear. Does this size look the best on the S? Is the only difference between this and, for example, 18x9 front/18x10 rear the appearance?
2. I read over the fitment guide so I think I have a better understanding of offsets now, but it seems to me that the guide only gives minimums, and suggests that you are always safer with a higher offset, i.e. the higher the better. Is there such thing as TOO high an offset? I ask because I am getting wheels with custom offsets, so what would be ideal for me to pick? I plan on dropping the car about an inch and would like to avoid rubbing and any sort of fender rolling/camber adjustments.
3. Which tire sizes would be best for the above combination of wheel sizes and offsets? This is a daily driven car that will not see the track, so I am thinking about going with the RE-050A PP.
Thanks for the help!

The offset would depend on the width of the wheel and how wide of a tire you are trying to run. There is a post at the top of the forum that goes over offset.
If I can help with the tires let me know.
