I was thinking Obama may suffer the Bradley effect, I am truly happy that it didn't. I would certainly have voted for Obama if I could.

This just blows my mind. Based on the exit polls, 52% of people with incomes over 200,000 voted Obama. Why would ANYBODY in this category vote for him?

Because sometimes national gain is greater than personal gain. In the long run, with national gain will come personal gain.

It's not always about money Lehel, like Urmil said, it's about the greater good of the nation.

This morning on CNBC, they asked Larry Summers "To whom is Obama beholden for his win?". His answer was "the labor left and the Washington establishment". Score another victory for the one-party system.

I thought the question in and of itself was telling. They didn't ask WHETHER he was beholden to anybody; just to whom.

For anybody who doesn't know who Larry Summers is: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lawrence_Summers
