The mother won't come back now. The best bet is to find a wildlife reserve that will nurture it, though I doubt you'll find one. Rabbits aren't endangered or anything special that the world could do without one more of.
Depending on how nature-istic you are, you may want to let that rabbit grow a little bit so that he/she can run. Once it gets to that point, let your dog out in the backyard and see if they become friends, or your dog wants to play "tag" with it.

Oh and another thing, if that's the only one tha tjumped from the grass, look at your blade on the mower. Check for blood and guts. Rabbits usually have more than one baby.
They tend to nest in tall grass, with the babies close to each other. If only one jumped out, you may have mowed down its brothers and sisters.
