Default Looking for a career

So I graduated DePaul back in November and I can't find a job for the life of me. I graduated with a Business Management Degree. I dont want a $10 an hour job because I dont want to get stuck in it (specially with student loan payments starting to come up, i have almost 80k in student loans) nor do I want to be in retail (which is usually the types of jobs that pay $10).

I LOVE technology and I would love to have a career in a technology company. But if it takes too long to find a job I might just start up my own company with an idea I had.

But I was hoping some people on the site would have some ideas on places to work or perhaps some other insight on jobs to look for. Anyone?

I would talk to headhunters, and contract firms. It's a good place to start.

No one is going to hire for the type of position you are looking for between Thanksgiving and New Years, so it's not surprising you haven't found anything yet. NOW is the time to START looking. Throw in the fact that the economy is in the shitter, and well, it's only going to make it that much harder.

Try Teksystems. Also try Monster, Dice, and CareerBuilder.
