The weave it off, the fitment is off, the last vent is a different shape, and the edges are rolled. <--- That's without asking you to pop the hood so we can see the underside of it.
If you read through this thread, I've pointed out many replica hoods, painted and unpainted. You're just the first to claim it as a Mugen piece.

Out of curiosity, the bump on the passenger side. Its on the Mugen and the replica. It is for the Mugen intake snorkel thingy right? On the underside of it, on the REAL Mugen hood, does it have a recess for the snorkel? Because on the Seibon, that bump has no purpose at all...
