No I got degree before State. You can't work for State unless you have a degree already. As for taking advantage of them paying for my masters, there is no way in hell I'm gonna be able to use that with my schedule.
Gotcha... but your businesses will likely benefit you a lot more than my master's will benefit me

Edit: Sorry, this is really Naveed's .

it's best out of 7 games in the nba playoffs in each round...... while in college, you lose you're out...

Trust me when I say my degree is never going to help me in either career.

I think it's largely because it's very impersonal. College kids that play we identify more with - they are not making millions of dollars. So anytime a pro complains about something or acts selfish, we despise them. No such thing in college, really.

Also the fans in college are more rabid. Being at home for MD vs Duke is amazing.

But when I've been watching only college for a while then see an NBA game, the level of technical skill they have is astounding in comparison.

March Madness is also great in that there are 1-game upsets, whereas in the NBA you have 7-game series that almost makes certain that the better team always wins.

Making sure the best team gets the championship has an inverse relationship with exciting games.

Oh, I totally agree. My master's won't raise my salary one cent, not in the gov't.

in college ball the 3 point shot is a dime a dozen type shot.... in the nba it's not....

nba is a lot more technical in the game play.. more strategies involved...
