So here is my official goodbye to the UMW group.

My last day here is Friday. I'll be back and forth intermittently but not with the S, and probably won't make it to another meet anytime in the foreseeable future. My S and I will be driving across the country to Fremont, CA. The movers will follow eventually, but I think I'll get there faster.

I just wanted to say "Thanks for the memories."

The UMW has a great group of guys(and gals.) Had tons of fun at all the "BAB'S," Thursday night meets, and at the Dragon.

Take care all, and I'm sure I'll troll the UMW forum from time to time, if not too much.

 

Take care Thomas and good luck in Cali! You should have no issues with trading the IS anymore, the S is much better suited for Cali weather.

The drive took me 2.5 days. My lower back hurt like hell after all that driving though. And that's with an added towel for lumbar support.

The Bonneville salt flats were unbelieveable.

No time like the present to whore out my car....

Quick pit stop to snap a few pics. I wanted to drive it out onto the actual salt but didn't feel like getting arrested or ticketed for no reason....
