I have been living in the 'burbs and working in the city for 6 years now. I find the commute time a chance to unwind, or catch up on stuff. (Like ing S2ki like I am right now from the train. )

I do have to get up earlier than if I had a job without the commute, but I have gotten used to it.

If I drove into the city I would go CRAZY!

If I had a GF that lived downtown, I would crash there during the week, and only go home on weekends.

i commute out from the city, and have no problems. i love living in the city...just gotta find a job out here soon. i think if i lived in the suburbs, i wouldn't do anything except work, watch tv, and sleep. i'm pretty lazy.
