I dont know if you guys have heard yet, but F1 will no longer be coming to the states. After 8 wonderful years, the race has been cancelled.


I think this describes it all.

 

A friend in Indianapolis gave me her ticket about a month and a half ago for this thing. BOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

it's all good, because MOTOGP will be taking it's place!

 

i'm trying to think if i should do canada, brazil, or one of the european races next year

I know its not the most exotic but canada would be the easiest. Lee and I thought about doing it a while back, but now its gonna be a must. Gotta get my yearly fix.

We should start planning this as soon as the date for the Canuck GP is set since every other hardcore F1 fan will have the same idea. Road trip!

 

Montreal is a blast.

It is a great race and a very fun city.

It is a bit more pricey than Indy (race tickets, and hotel both), but one visit to Chez Paree, and you'll forget all about the extra coin you are dropping.
