I don't think it's supposed to help quit,....I think it's just an alternative so smokers can keep "smoking" without the tar in the lungs, and also to pacify the "I don't want to smell your dirty cigarette smoke" and "2nd hand smoke causes cancer" crowd.

You can reduce the amount of nicotine till eventually 0, so yes, in a way it could help quit...

It could certainly help for those wanting to quit. I actually don't enjoy the "smoke" part of a real cigarette, it annoys me as much as a non-smoker, so I really like the concept behind the e-cigs. If I can quit "smoking" and eventually quit altogether, I'm all for it.

Some people do use them as an alternative to when they can't smoke, but since there's no chemicals in it, it is much healthier than a real cigarette.

with both of you.

I can't STAND cig smoke, only lit up ONCE as an excuse to bail from a bar I was in underage when cops came. On the other hand, I'm a fan, albeit rare enjoyer, of cigars.

I don't like cigarettes either, if I'm really drunk though - I'll have one or 2. I always end up regretting it they're horrid.
