That's really odd, but Holly's is the same way. Each time I drive it, I hit the window switch to make it go up, but it is already.

Was the scratch on the door? I'm wondering if they somehow screwed up putting the door back on its hinge, therefore the alignment with the outer door panel isn't quite right with either the rear quarter or front fender. If those were off a bit, it could create a fair amount of turbulent air flow.
