I do this for a living, had to call them cause their shit was causing my packet loss.

Im sitting here with a ping to google.

"Yea, im seeing 10% packet loss"

"Packets?"

"Im pinging...."

"What website is that?"

"Seriously?"

"Can you surf?"

"Yea.... just slow..."

"Well if you can get to the web your service is fine"

"No its friggin not, Here lemme do a trace route, Oh look packet loss inside your network"

"But you can surf fine so there is no problem"

"Gimme your damn manager"

Went on and on and on.....

 

other than me destroying 2 bolts on timing chain tensioner today....

i got thoroughly peeved when one of my teachers today (tiny classroom, maybe 8 student) chews his gum like a horse... he puts in a fresh piece and while everyone is silent chews like no tomorrow. For some reason this really got to me today... time for a drink so i can rant some more

 

that's an easy solution..... more walks
