So 2 months ago I bought a display model sub from Best Buy because I broke my other one. It reatails for about $160 or so but I got it for $60 for being the display model. Well last wensday it took a shit and didnt work. I finaly had time to go yesterday for them to take a look at it and see what they could do. I brought it to them and asked them to test it, the manager there was a complete dummbass, he made it seem like it was the hardest thing to do. "well we only have one tech and we dont have the proper equipment so it may be a bit" dude, seriously, hook it up to an amp you have like 30 of them. anyway while I was waiting on the tech i noticed the problem. one of the wires broke off from bad sodering, so the cashier was like, go to raidio shack and buy a sodering gun and soder it back, hahahahah....no. I bought the etended warrranty and was told it was going to be replaced so thats what you guys are going to do. so the tech guy comes and says oh yea ok, its a maifacture defect we will replace it no problem. cool. so he gets me a brand new sub, they rign me up and the cashier goes, ok that will be $91.80, wtf!! oh hell no. I told them i got the warranty and that I didnt have to pay for anything. So they tell me they can only give me credit for what i paid on the used sub, I told them no, and that I was told i would get a replacement when i got the warranty, which is what the guy did tell me. so he goes off and talks to some one, comes back punches some buttons on the register and goes, ok it will be .81 cents with a 4 year extended warranty =) win!!!!! hahahahaha take that Best Buy. So now I got a brand new sub, with 4 year warrany for a total of $60.81

Threadless is f@#king awesome. Despite the issue of the package containing my new TRON (original) inspired hoody being stolen (last Thursday before I got home from work), which is actually UPS' fault, they NOT ONLY requested an investigation begin with UPS, but "since the investigations often take too long", they went ahead and considered the package lost, offering me either a refund, store credit, or just resending the same item, since it's still in stock. I opted for the latter, but having it shipped back home where it'll be safe. It shipped out today via UPS 2nd Day Air (aka, they don't f@#k around with their returns), AND gave me an extra $5 coupon to use on my next purchase for "all the hassle."
Being that they're a local company, too, I'm definitely going to keep an eye on their offerings more often. Take note: That's how customer support should be.
Oh, and I have a date tomorrow night and one on Wednesday night... with different girls.

So much overtime at work just kills my life at home, but hurray for the extra $$$ for more car parts!

Due to a loophole and some confusing sheit I was able to avoid cancellation fee on my old phone line , reuse my old number and got an additional $60 rebate on the new phone on top of the new contract price and another $50 mail in rebate. And Sonia got a new smart phone. Then she sold her iPhone for $300! All this on the same day!
