bulgogi + some panchan (both bought and made).

tcho, i tried to marinade my own sam gyap sal that nite.. using rice wine, etc... tho i haven't figured out a GOOD way to take out the porkiness just yet...

soju hits me too hard dude... i ain't korean, so my genes can't handle it...

i was gonna crack open 3 bottles of sake last nite to go w/ the bulgogi, but the chica didn't come home and i didn't wanna feel like an alcoholic...

dang i wish i had a knack for cooking. the closest i'll come to whipping up some homemade ja jjang myun is making chapagetti
