College Park Tuning Spring Charity Meet 2013
Hey guys,
The Annual College Park Tuning meet is set for 21st April 2013. In order to reserve a spot for Mid Atlantic region i need to tell them an accurate head count by 12th April 2013 by 12am. So please let me know if you are interested in attending.
**Voting will close on 12th April 11:59pm, so I can get our permit. If your name is NOT on the Attendee list by then, you will not be able to join the s2k club parking spot**
The basic info is as follow
Location
Prince George's Stadium Bowie Baysox
*Almost 2000 parking spots
Date
Sunday, April 21st, 2013

Time
Start: 8am,
They usually start packing things up at 3pm
Fees:
They will be asking for 2 non-perishable food items per person and $2.00 entry fee. If you forget to bring an item, they will collect a $5.00 entrance fee/donation on your way into the lot. All the proceeds collected from admission, and the 50/50 raffle are going to be donated to Martha’s Table (http://www.marthastable.org).
They require the entrance fee of $5 per car paid in advance when reserving spaces, and they ensure that clubs get a set amount of spaces together and they will give those clubs priority admittance.
Clubs must arrive in a single group and by 10:30am or their spots will be forfeited
Feel free to throw in your ideas/suggestions.
Please Post if you are coming and also vote. You will not be able to be with the group if you do not post on this forum. This will help me get an exact head count for spot reservations.

i am expecting to have a similar turnout as the OC cruise in EVERY meet this year .. we need to get out do more stuff this spring/summer and enjoy the weather as much as possible
