TTS Race Kit - 546BHP
Hello friends
I'd like to share the results of TTS' Race kit with you. All I can say is WOW. Coming from an SOS stg 2 kit to this just doesn't compare.
I had the pleasure of having Richard Albans, the CEO of TTS in the UK reside with us down here in Australia and fit and tune the kit. Of course, I got him to sign the sc bracket for me!. He was a very humble, hard working and humorous chap who at the end of his weeks stay, we found brought the best out of us. Despite him being far older than what he looks, he still lives by his motto "You only live once" aka YOLO Richard has been involved with many projects including work for the infamous Top Gear show and your very own Jay Leno.
We fitted the kit in a total of approx 6 hrs. Unlike TTS' version of their supersport kit, THERE IS NO DRILLING REQUIRED and only a 3" hole to make to fit the intercooler piping. (I am RHD).
As I'm an 07' owner, I am running the return less system still in the S, hence why in the dyno it noses off up top. Once I get that in the car over the next month and a tune, should see the curve work progressively up adding at least another 15kwatw to redline, so stay tuned!
If only I knew how to upload photos from my phone to this app (someone please let me know) I have some great shots I'd like to share with you of the instal. In the interim, please enjoy the dyno run. I do have the dyno sheetin HP, but as above let me know how to upload it!
349kwatw (468whp/546BHP), 460nm (339Ftlb), at 20.4psi on e85 pull. Enjoy

Congrats Josh!
I'm guessing that this is you then huh? https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/109...-in-australia/
What was your previous setup with the SOS kit?
What was Richard doing in Australia? Did he just happen to be there?

I believe that the Dynapak reads higher than a Dynojet. Which are both usually higher than a Mustang dyno or a Dyno Dynamics. IMHO.

What size injectors do you have? I'm surprised that the returnless system with the factory pump could provide enough fuel for 500+whp on E85 (which typically requires more fuel) when it was struggling on my car with ~375-400whp. Especially at 20psi, where your fuel pressure would drop dramatically...

I had the SOS stage two running a 3.2" pulley putting out 264kwatw and 325nm of torque with stock exhaust but an HFC running e85. Still have the same exhaust with the TTS and fuel. The difference is not just marginal as you can see don't get me wrong, I loved my SOS kit, I'm just in love with my new set up!
I organised with Richard to come down here meet the s2000 club, AUS S2K and stay at mine for a week if we could fit the kit on together. Was an amazing week, he really is a top bloke not just over the phone.
How's your fuel system holding up? Mines at 100% duty cycle atm on e85, I should be getting my return system fitted in about a fortnight's time
