Default Vendor trouble

Ordered myself spoon front fenders and rear over fenders through a recognised UK vendor waited 2 months for them delivery date came and went no answer so opened a dispute through PayPal got my money back but why are our venders on here so poor

Might as well mention who they are so other people don't get the same treatment as you did?

Ok sorry fellas Burn Motorsport are the company who basically held my £1150 for a couple of months for nothing as they never even ordered my parts and communication skills for the company is zero waste of time

Sad to hear that.

I have dealt with them recently and found the service brilliant. Plenty of contact, happy to answer questions and parts delivered when they said they would be.

I had to wait a while for some Spoon stuff from Burn but Anthony's comms were good enough.

Had a similar experience with a full set of Dixcel discs & pads. I made payment up front and was given a due date which kept getting moved further and further away. No communication to inform me of delays unless i kept calling to find out. Got my money back and got other brakes elsewhere within 2 days.

Disappointing.
