Default REAR LIGHTS MISTING

How do I remove rear light cover to get damn misting out? And can I re seal..?

One of mine does this! Over the last months it has gone as the weather has been heating up. I'm going to get some black silicone and carefully smear it in the gaps between the light casing and the boot. Should cause the moisture to run off, instead of going into the casing.

Have a look at this thread by Lloyd Six. Adding more sealant only seems to make it worse it woudl appear.

It's got water in it.

You need to demount the unit, remove blubs & blow-dry it with a hair dryer or air gun. Don't melt it, use a hose to cool the air.

The problem is your vent hoses are likely blocked or misaligned. Sort those out & it should stay clear.

You can warm up seals with air gun, in case they've lost their stick, but the problems normally with the breathers.

I have this problem too, not being the most mechanically minded here, could you show or explain what exactly you are suggesting Nick, ta.
