True. There will be no toleration of bashing in this thread. The purpose is to keep HTG buyers informed and HTG himself informed of buyer issues that have come up as of late.

Just to make things clear. No one has actually BASHED him. I remember Thread name "HARDTOPGUY SUCKS" now that's bashing. But this thread is about people ranting and wanting ether their items or money back.
I Received Confirmation my order is "COMPLETE" what does that mean? No Tracking#, no nothing.
Anyways I am still patiently waiting...

I have sent another email this morning, yet still have not received a response...
Timeline
Tuesday, May 5th 2:32 PM -- Order Placed, payment of $135.17 made in full.
Friday, May 15th: email and call to check on status... NO RESPONSE.

I have purchased from Jeff between 8-10 times now over the years. From what I hear he seems like a good guy and all that, but his turn around was always on the slow side.
I placed an order on the 19th for a part I need desperately and until it arrives I can't drive my S2k which right now is my only way to get to and from work.
I left another message with him eariler today with no reply.
Since he has always been an asset to the community I don't think its worth throwing a major shit fit about all this.
But my question is, can someone please recommend another vendor that sells UTH parts, specifically a new TIMING CHAIN TENSIONER?!?!?!?!?
although what hes doing to his customers (me) is kinda shitty I can understand that everyone goes through some rought patches from time to time (even with the no calling no answering messages etc.)
BUT PLEASE CAN SOMEONE RECOMMEND ANOTHER VENDOR WHERE I CAN PICK UP A TCT? It would be much apreciated.

Funny thing is this is coming from a "guest"...
I've ordered from him around 5 times over the past 4 years, and have spent around $1500...
However, the current situation is not cool, and the members of this site and especially the CUSTOMERS waiting for their merchandise deserve an answer.
^ I don't see any "bashing" just paying customers looking for their parts they already paid for. I guess since we have been here over 3 years these people shouldn't have an opinion. He is a good guy but honestly little to no communication is bad business.

I recently took a job (04/17) at the local Acura store here in Cleveland and I'm running the parts department there. As part of the deal the store I'm working at wanted my Honda business for their Honda store in Wisconsin. I agreed to have them ship all my Honda orders from that store in Wisconsin.
We are having problems getting the parts from Honda in a timely fashion up in Wisconsin. What I thought would be happening is not and all the parts they are ordering for me are being shipped out of California to them. I have been working non stop to try and solve this issue with them.
I also have shipping issues out of Wisconsin. It seems I can't get a truck to pick up in the afternoon. So that is slowing down the shipping by a day. I think that problem has been solved.
Believe me if I had seen any of this coming, I would not have taken the job at the Acura store. Taking a week to ship a order is unacceptable to me and that problem will be fixed by the end of this week even if it means I have to resign from my position at Acura.
The last thing I want to do is piss off my best customers, my s2000 customers. I'm working very hard to resolve this and I wish I had a few more hours in the day so I could fix it sooner.

Please if you need an order ASAP because your car is down. I will ship the parts ASAP using my old proven supplier. Just tell me that you need it ASAP.
